PRIVATE WORKING DRAFT / OCTOBER 23, 2026
Research &
editorial notes.
A reference for JT while reviewing the portfolio. This page is part of the local draft package, rather than proposed public marketing copy.
The positioning
Revision 3: The Judge Snell gallery item is presented as Bio & Candidate Websites, with a neutral cover and a visible non-endorsement note. The details retain the client name, Crosswind attribution and accurate project scope. JT requested this distinction because he does not want professional client work to imply Republican affiliation or support.
Revision 2: Sandman Works identity, plainer copy, four service areas, three project starters and an expanded profile. The graphite, lime and violet design, portfolio interactions and source-backed project details are retained.
Sandman Works / Digital strategy & creative production
Sandman Works is presented as JT’s independent digital studio. The primary offer is practical project delivery across websites and setup, strategy and research, creative production, and events/community support. First-person copy and direct contact keep the business grounded in the person doing the work. Crosswind provides background and properly credited project examples.
The copy uses real project scope and individual contributions. It avoids invented performance metrics, testimonials, client counts, guaranteed SEO rankings, software-engineering credentials or sole credit for Crosswind team outcomes.
Research coverage
This revision also uses JT’s direct descriptions from the naming discussion: campaign planning, connected Google services, Maps/business listings, social setup and coordinated channel planning, market and investigative research, analytics, cross-generational understanding of social media, design, audio/video work, Serato, Pioneer DDJ-SX and event planning. These are self-reported capabilities, not newly verified campaign outcomes or professional certifications.
Research included targeted history retrieval across career, Crosswind work, older event projects, creative work, Discord administration and recent website builds; current resume and project files; the final Bomaversary source; and public website inspection. This is a researched synthesis of available material, not a claim that every conversation or all 12 years of agency records were exhaustively accessible.
Some files had no readable indexed text. The resume, Farrell backgrounder, Bomaversary archive and Crosswind event proposal were brought into the local workflow to read their current contents. Older proposal drafts and repeated name placeholders in a team resume template were not treated as proof of JT’s personal achievements.
Before making the site public
- Choose the personal brand and domain. Sandman Works is the working brand chosen for this revision. Business-name, domain and trademark availability have not been established. No registered entity or team headcount is claimed.
- Confirm client portfolio permission and credits. Crosswind case studies are explicitly credited as agency work. Check employer/client permission for names, artwork and staging links before a public release.
- Update the portrait if desired. The included portrait is the existing public Crosswind image, from a 2018-named asset. It is included as a draft asset, not a newly taken photo.
- Confirm contact preference. The email and LinkedIn link come from JT’s resume. Phone number and personal address are not included.
- Choose the services to sell first. The three starter options are examples of work a client can ask about. Rates, turnaround, DJ availability and ongoing support are agreed per project; none are guaranteed by this draft.
- Set production search metadata. All draft HTML files use noindex, nofollow. When publishing, remove that from the public pages, set the final canonical URLs and add a sitemap and social share image. Keep these editorial notes private.
- Keep the contact behavior intentional. The form composes an email draft; it has no backend or mailing-list integration. If replacing it with a hosted form later, define delivery, validation and privacy handling.
Claims and project boundaries
| Project / source | Editorial boundary |
|---|---|
| Bomaversary S02 | Website and interaction work by JT. Community portraits, creator imagery, music and underlying mosaic artwork are credited to their respective contributors. This is not a claim that JT created the mosaic-generation service. |
| Judge Steve Snell S03 | Real example: Judge Steve Snell, completed through Crosswind. The neutral portfolio cover is a capability graphic, not a screenshot or a separate fictional client. The political campaign artwork is omitted from this package, and a visible non-endorsement note distinguishes production credit from political support. |
| Crosswind S04 | Staging redesign, not a claim that the new agency site has publicly launched. Earlier handoffs have partial status; later conversation records describe further refinements. |
| The Coven S05 | JT’s administration and build work is supported by his history. Verification/ticket automation was partly proposed, so it is described as planning. No private server invitations, member information or moderation incidents are included. |
| Farrell Legal Group S06 | Agency project. Website and Search Console completion are documented. Advertising planning and account setup are not presented as a launched or successful acquisition campaign. |
| Texas Space Association S07 | Current public HTML was fetched successfully during this research. One search-engine result returned an old domain-parking page; the live page title and content identify the association. |
| TMPA S08 | Staging work. The history supports the archive and website work, without establishing a public production launch or measured user outcomes. |
| Texas Pulse Polling S09 | Describes website and content implementation. It is not a claim of legal compliance, research credentials, survey results or delivery of an SMS campaign. Ownership/client attribution should be confirmed before publication. |
| Event RSVP experiences S10 | Agency event-page work. No attendance, registration volume, donor revenue or event-production credit is inferred from page delivery. |
| Media intelligence & reporting S11 | Examples include City of Bryan and WCS reporting work. Internal errors, colleagues, client strategy and unverified media-value metrics are deliberately excluded from public copy. |
| City of Alice / Seven Seas S13 | Individual contribution documented in Crosswind’s TXCC proposal. No sole credit for the event or the agency’s overall media outcomes. |
| Young Professionals in Energy S13 | Documented project period: March-June 2019. Supporting role, without invented fundraising or attendance totals. |
| Sound / Sandman S01 | Historical experience is supported by JT’s resume and public bio. Current gig availability and service scope should be set by JT. |
| Through the lens S01 | Portfolio link is documented in JT’s resume. No third-party images are presented as his photography in this draft; the visual is a conceptual project cover. |
Older Crosswind proposal material mentions agency-level parks, aquarium and other communications work, but JT’s precise role was not established. Those wins are not presented as his personal results. Pure Flix Familia work is summarized as marketing-technology exposure and launch coordination, not a completed integration case study. Certifications from the 2025 resume are omitted pending confirmation of current status.

| S02 | Bomaversary Current Bomaversary-final-site(1).zip, created September 22, 2026. Its HTML and live page were inspected. The current source implements a tiled image viewer; older conversation summaries describe an earlier embed approach. Public reference ↗ |
| S03 | Judge Steve Snell October 22-23, 2026 project conversation; public site HTML inspected. Custom theme paths, site sections, responsive images and search metadata are present. Prior setup claims are treated as project history, without a fresh analytics-account audit. Public reference ↗ |
| S04 | Crosswind staging redesign Crosswind website handoffs from September 23 and 25; later September-October project history in the provided conversation context. September 25 handoff records a partial stop point, so the site is described as staging work and no public relaunch is asserted. Public reference ↗ |
| S05 | The Coven and CoffeePawts User-authored community descriptions and Carl-bot role-system discussions from October-December 2025; September-October 2026 community work. Proposed verification/ticket tooling is not claimed as a deployed automation. CoffeePawts contribution is limited to channel guidance and moderation communication. |
| S06 | Farrell Legal Group Farrell_Legal_Group_Backgrounder(1).docx, October 7 content, uploaded October 9. Current file downloaded and read. Later visible context adds analytics/account setup. Live public page HTML confirms the current website destination; advertising results are not claimed. Public reference ↗ |
| S07 | Texas Space Association Provided project history covering Wix Studio pages, links, alignment and responsive fixes. Public page HTML fetched October 23, 2026; title and content identify Texas Space Association. A conflicting search result returned a stale parking page. Public reference ↗ |

| S09 | Texas Pulse Polling October 13-19, 2026 project history in supplied context. Current public HTML and an indexed site result confirm the introductory website. Website and form work do not establish legal certification or completion of an SMS outreach campaign. Public reference ↗ |
| S10 | Event RSVP pages Provided September-October 2026 project history, including named page URLs, Avada, Ninja Forms and confirmation-copy refinements. Public reference ↗ |
| S11 | Reporting and media intelligence City of Bryan reporting and monitoring conversations from 2025-2026; WCS report correction history; retrieved email facts. Skills are described without publishing internal criticism, private strategy or disputed metrics. |
| S13 | Event production: Alice and YPE Crosswind_371-00026_NOE.docx, October 5, 2026. Current file downloaded and read. Its JT-specific experience section identifies the July 29, 2025 Alice event and the March-June 2019 YPE project. Proposed TXCC delivery promises are excluded. |
Assets and rights
The revision updates the wordmark to Sandman Works and retains the original draft’s geometric S symbol and visual palette. New service examples describe possible engagements, rather than completed client commissions.
The geometric Sandman symbol, abstract project covers, orbital graphics and interface are original code-native draft design. Project covers are editorial portfolio graphics, not screenshots of finished websites. Bomaversary uses existing public project artwork. The bio/candidate website cover is an original neutral capability graphic; the Judge Snell campaign artwork is omitted. Farrell uses its existing public share image. The JT portrait is from Crosswind’s public team page.
No community member directory, moderation evidence, raw research messages, private client files, client credentials or personal medical/financial information are bundled. The underlying Bomaversary source archive and original resume are not redistributed.
Space Grotesk and IBM Plex Mono fonts are bundled with their SIL Open Font License files in assets/fonts. Offline viewing does not load third-party fonts, analytics, embeds or scripts. Public project and social links need an internet connection.
